Shipping Locations
We ship worldwide! No matter where you are, we'll deliver SERA MODE to your door.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €100! 🎉
For orders under €100, standard shipping rates apply:
- Netherlands: Starting at €4.95
- Europe (EU): Starting at €9.95
- International: Starting at €14.95
Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Time
Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Netherlands: 2-4 business days
- Europe (EU): 4-7 business days
- North America: 7-12 business days
- Rest of World: 8-12 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing for international orders.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely:
- DHL
- FedEx
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Link to track your package
You can also track your order by logging into your SERA MODE account.
International Orders & Customs
For international shipments outside the EU:
- Customs & Import Duties: International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
- Customs Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to customs clearance procedures. We have no control over customs delays.
- Accurate Address: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid customs issues.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. However, we cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes (for certain carriers)
- Military addresses (APO/FPO)
- Restricted regions as determined by our carriers
If you're unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact us at support@seramode.com within 48 hours
- We will work with the carrier to locate your package
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Contact us immediately at support@seramode.com
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
Order Changes
Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order?
- Contact us at support@seramode.com as soon as possible
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address
- Cancelled orders are subject to our Refund Policy
