Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging
  • Sale or discounted items are eligible for return unless marked as "Final Sale"
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear, or pierced jewelry

How to Return

  1. Contact us at support@seramode.com within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions
  4. Package your item(s) securely with the original packaging
  5. Ship the return to the address provided

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@seramode.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear and intimate apparel
  • Swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)
  • Pierced jewelry
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
